    Hello Latest Version of HTML is HTML5.0 &
    U can see all detail how to create own tag in HTML in following website link :-

    Basically itz not possible to make OWN TAG in HTML ... The own tag is only created in XML..
    BUT IT'S A TRICK.......!!!
